Ensemble of Song, Music, and Dance

• Monitor your child for symptoms, students feeling ill or exhibiting any symptoms are to stay home

• All dancers are asked to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class

• Only students and Poltava teachers and staff will be allowed inside the building

• All dancers, teachers and staff will be required to wear a face mask when entering and exiting the building as well as during rehearsal

• Drop off your child at the front door, please ensure they are inside before leaving

• Everyone will sanitize their hands upon entering the studio, as well as before and after breaks.

• Proceed to basement and store personal items on chair

• Dancers are only allowed to bring one dance bag with them into the building

• Dancers should have their dance attire on prior to coming to their class and only need to take off layers depending on weather

• Dance slippers/shoes are required to be worn inside the studio only. Street shoes will be stored with your child’s personal items.

• Dancers should bring their own reusable water bottle from home, labeled with their name. Students must take their water bottles home with them each day.

• Dancers will be taken upstairs by the instructor at the start of rehearsal

• Students will be spread out to the best of the instructors ability, please note that choreography may contain hand holding and other physical contact, but we will continue to monitor the situation and adapt as necessary

• Teachers may assist students with movement and body placement via physical contact

• Parents will pick-up their child at the back door, remain in your car or wait near the back door and your child will be released as they identify each family member

• Staff will frequently sanitize high-touch areas and equipment

• All Poltava dance teachers and staff are required to be fully vaccinated

• If your child has been asked to isolate because of a COVID contact, or if your child has any symptoms, please inform us immediately.  In these cases online classes will be available but will only be made available as required.  Please note: A 24 hour notice will be required before the child’s class time.
